Our community offers a wealth of opportunity to exercise mind and body while providing a good foundation for spiritual growth. Many beneficial activities do not normally carry the "exercise" label, such as dancing, gardening, or a walk around the campus. All count as physical activity and contribute to good health. Mastering a new craft, putting together a jigsaw puzzle, or playing cards can also count as "exercise" as they stimulate one's mind. We strive to maximize quality of life through every stage of living in every level of care.
