Salem Village Cottages
Salem Village, the middle village on the campus, has 31 cottages and was modeled to look like Old Salem, complete with town square. The cottages are a mixture of free-standing and duplex two bedroom cottages. Some floor plans offer a sunroom and/or den. Cottage sizes range from 1,400 square feet to 2,363 square feet. Amenities include:
- Carport with storage closet
- Washer/dryer and kitchen appliances included
- Patio or wood deck
- Utility closet in hall
- Regents Square
- Arbor with benches
- Centralized mail kiosk
- Attic access
