Salemtowne's villas are one of three independent living options. The Woodlands, two four-story buildings with 56 total villas are joined by a stunning outdoor living space. Our villas are a new hybrid concept allowing maximum space and convenience while maintaining a small environmental footprint with underground parking. The villas easily merge with their natural wooded setting and feature light-filled rooms and a private, relaxing patio or balcony off of each new residence for bird watching or wildlife spotting.
