Aging & Memory: What’s Normal and What Everyone Can Do to Protect Our Memories

Join us for the first in a series of “Healthy Aging” presentations. This month’s presentation will be by Deb Burcombe, Program Director of Outreach for the Wake Forest Sticht Center for Healthy Aging and Alzheimer’s Prevention.

For many reasons, we live longer than we did 50 years ago. As a result, memory problems and diseases such as Alzheimer’s have become more common in older adults. But there is good news. There has never been a better time to learn how to better maintain both body and brain health. Learn what we all can do today to better care for your body and brain and protect your memories.
